Digital Book of India is operated by DIGITAL BOOK OF INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, an India-based company providing a digital business directory and related services primarily to users and businesses in India.

At present, DBI does not target or provide registration services to users outside India.

However, if the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") or another applicable data-protection law applies to a particular individual or processing activity, we will handle personal information in accordance with the requirements applicable to that processing.

DBI is based in India.

This page is intended to explain DBI's approach to European data protection. It should not be understood as a representation that DBI has obtained any GDPR certification or that GDPR applies to every DBI user or every processing activity.
